The Candidates

There are three of the seven board positions up for election this year. Four positions are in the second year of their term and will be up for election next year. The three incumbent board members who have chosen to run again are:


Three members of our community have put their names forward to help drive change:


You can read each of the candidate qualifications above but there are two key differences:

  1. All of the incumbent candidates are full-time residents, and all of the prospective candidates are part-time residents (see our blog on Why your interests are not represented by the current board).

  2. All of the incumbent candidates have had the chance to put forth their vision and all of the prospective candidates have fresh ideas to bring forward. (see our blog on The Biggest issues)

As you know, we are proponents of a better PGA West so we believe we need a board that has balance and fresh solutions. In short, we believe the interests of Res 1 will be best served by voting for Robbie Banks, Timothy Bendokas, and Bill Winn. They all have wonderful qualifications and experience, but more importantly bring a perspective of the majority of our ownership, part-time owners, which is non-existent on the current board.
