How Do I Vote?

Voting is simple and takes very little time. We hope our blogs help you make an informed decision and convince you that it's important in this election to achieve balance on our board. Here is everything you need to know in a few quick steps.

What are the critical dates?

Ballots were released into the mail on March 20th so you should be watching and receive yours very soon. As of today, we don’t know the cutoff date for when ballots need to be received back, but we will update you as soon as we see our ballot. The ballots must be received in time to be counted at the April 24th annual general meeting so there is just over a month from when they are sent to when they are counted.

How to ensure you receive your ballot

To ensure you receive your ballot, you need to make sure the Res 1 HOA has your current mailing address as ballots are physically mailed. We recommend you email our operations manager, Kelly McGalliard kellym@pgawest.org with the following message:

Dear Kelly,

I own property in Res 1 at _____INSERT YOUR PGA WEST ADDRESS HERE_________. I would like to ensure my ballot for the upcoming general election and all future mailings are sent to ________THE ADDRESS YOU WANT YOUR BALLOT MAILED TO_____. Can you please confirm this is the correct address and if my ballot has already been sent to another address, I ask that you cancel and resend it to the above address. If you have questions, you can reach me at __YOUR PREFERRED PHONE NUMBER__.

Regards

How to fill out your ballot

As soon as we receive our ballot, we will update this post with full instructions to ensure your ballot is valid and counted.
